Lambert, RNVR), HMS Duckworth (Cdr. R.G. Mills, DSO, DSC and Bar, RN), HMS Domett (T/A/Lt.Cdr. S. Gordon, RNVR), HMS Cooke (Lt.Cdr. L.C. Hill, OBE, RD, RNR) and a Liberator aircraft (Sqdn 244/L).
