| Notes on loss | At 23.20 and 23.21 hours on 21 Sep, 1941, U-201 fired torpedoes at the convoy OG-74 north-northeast of the Azores and reported two ships sunk. The ships hit were Lissa and Rhineland. The master, 20 crew members and five gunners from the Lissa (Master Donald MacQuarrie) were lost. | ||
