Post-war:
1959 sold to Norway and renamed Anella for Arne Blystad A/S, Oslo. Broken up at Bremenhaven on 22 Dec, 1961.

 
Notes on loss On 20 Oct, 1943, the British Purpose in convoy BM-71 was torpedoed and damaged by U-532 off India. The tanker was escorted to Cochin by the Indian auxiliary patrol vessel HMIS Ramdas, arriving the next day. She was repaired at Bombay and returned to service in May 1944.
