Notes on loss At 00.38 hours on 15 Feb, 1941, the Alnmoor (Master Albert Edwards), a straggler from convoy SC-21 due to a gale on 10 February, was hit by one torpedo from U-123 and sank south-southeast of Rockall. The master and 54 crew members were lost.
