History Completed in October 1930 
Notes on loss On 18 Oct, 1940, the Boekelo fell behind the convoy SC-7 because she rescued survivors from the Beatus, which had been sunk U-46 (Endrass) at 21.03 hours. At 23.37 hours, she was torpedoed and damaged by U-100 (Schepke) in 56°40N/10°45W and was torpedoed and sunk by U-123 at 01.31 hours on 19 October.
