Laid up in the Atlantic Reserve Fleet,.
Recommissioned 6 January 1941.
Decommissioned 9 March 1942 and transferred to the United Kingdom, and commissioned into the Royal Navy as HMS P-514 the same day.
HMS P-514 was sunk in a collision with HMCS Georgian, in the western Atlantic, 21 June 1942.
