Bourke, DSC, RD, RNZNR), HMS Braithwaite (Lt.Cdr. P.J. Stoner, RN) and HMS Loch Eck (Lt.Cdr. R.C. Freaker, DSO and Bar, DSC, RD, RNR). (see map)
