Completed in July 1938.
Former German trawler Blankenburg captured on 6 April 1940 off Norway by the British light cruiser HMS Birmingham and the British destroyers HMS Fearless and HMS Hostile.
Taken over by the Admiralty in May or June 1940.
Displacement: 344 tons.

HMS Recoil (Lt. Ian Martin Wilson, RNVR) was mined in the English Channel off Portland Bill.
