Transferred to South Vietnam in January 1971 being renamed Tran Quang Khai (HQ-15)
Sold to the Philippines on 5 April 1976 and commissioned in the Philippine Navy as Diego Silang (PF-9)
Decommissioned by Philippine Navy in June 1985
