U-778 to be raised?

The UK newspaper Guardian reports that speculation is afoot that U-778 might be raised from its resting place 16 miles north-east of Malin Head, Northern Ireland. The boat was scuttled there during Operation Deadlight on 4 Dec 1945 (actually she foundered while in tow to the scuttling grounds to the north west).
