Steel Shark in the Pacific

Descripton: USS Pampanito made 6 war patrols and sank 6 Japanese ships (27,723 tons). She rescued 73 Australian and British POWs. Today, part of San Francisco's museum fleet, she is a portal to World War II's "Silent Service." Pampanito earned six battle stars.
