As I recently wrote in a another thread, so to quote myself:
“Afaik. only the bearing is automatically transferred from the UZO (or either of the scopes) to the attack computer + your own course from the compass. Then you manually have to enter distance, target speed, torpedo speed, angle on bow and spread.”

The computer then calculates a firing solution that eventually ends up in the selected torpedo/torpedos.
