The sinking of Ypres 31 July 1917

The small Gibraltar-ship Ypres (former Swedish steamer Roma), owned by Mattias Murto, was sunk by U 39 outside Cape Trafalgar in July 1917.

Where can I get more info about the sinking of the ship (crew, position, route, rescue etc)? Would be glad for any advise.
