The battle

The convoy PK-20 consisted of the three Soviet steam merchants Selenga and Spartak and Proletarij. After the latter was torpedoed and sunk, the convoy continued with three patrol craft while MO-426 picked up the survivors and two others searched unsucessfully for the attacker.
