Attacks on U-952 during this patrol

The frigate Tay (Cmdr. R. E. Sherwood) severely depth charged the boat around convoy SC-130 causing major damage and forcing the boat to return to port. She reached port on May 31. (Sources: Blair, vol 2, page 334)
