History Completed in June 1921

On 19 Feb, 1941, the Gracia in convoy OB-287 was bombed and sunk by a German Fw200 aircraft in 59°39N/07°24W. All 48 crew members survived.

 
Notes on loss On 16 Jan, 1940, the Gracia in convoy OB-72 was damaged by a mine laid on 6 January by U-30 about 5 miles west-southwest of the Bar Light vessel, Liverpool. The ship was beached, but later salvaged, repaired and returned to service in February 1941.
