| Notes on loss | On 2 Nov, 1944, HMS Mounsey (K 569) (Lt F.A.J. Andrew, RN) was damaged by a Gnat from U-295 while escorting convoy RA-61 and had to return to Kola Inlet. After temporary repairs the ship made passage to UK in convoy RA-62 for permanent repairs. | ||
