Attacks on U-132 during this patrol

6 Jul 1942
At 06.50 hours, the boat was forced to dive by HMCS Drummondville shortly after torpedoing the Dinaric from convoy QS-15 in the St. Lawrence River. U-132 had some troubles to submerge due to the water layers in the river and was damaged by the depth charges dropped by the minesweeper after a ramming attempt, but managed to escape after 11 hours with damage to the pumping and flooding systems and loosing 4 m³ of fuel due to a leak in one of the ballast tanks.
