Devil catching Churchill inside a net

Seen on the U-57 under Kptlt. Claus Korth. Churchill is sitting on a ship while the devil has a fish catching net about to trap the enemy Prime Minister.

The emblem on U-93, also under Kptlt. Korth, is almost identical except that there are two people in the ship.
