Minelaying-Subs

Hello,
i have read in the Excel-File from MARITIMEQUEST,
(about ship losses – from Michael W. Pocock) that the
U-64 lay a mine-barrage in the Mediterranean, north of
Algeria, in early 1918.
On this barrage, the italian vessel “GIUSEPPE VERDI”
cought a damage at 3.Feb.1918. Is this inform. correct,
or is a torpedo hit right ?
Are there many Minelaying-OP’s by not “UE-Type”-Subs ?

Has anyone informations about the minelaying operations
by the UE-boats U-71 to U-80 ? With a little geographic
tip for the barrages?
I have
U-72 07.sep.1916 off Oran
U-75 29.may.1916 NW coast main Orkney
U-75 04.aug.1916 Entr. White Sea
U-75 ??.mar.1917 White Sea
U-76 02.oct.1916 White Sea

The activities of the big boats U-117,U-118,U-151,U-155,
U-156,U-157 are well known. (A very fine book of
Eberhard Roessler – Die deutschen U-Kreuzer und
Transport-U-Boote)

Best Regards and thanks in advance.
