M-31 fires two torpedoes against 'what is identified as' an enemy merchant off Odessa in position 46.20N, 30.45E. Both torpedoes missed their target.

6 Oct 1942
M-31 torpedoed and sank the Romanian tug Mina Daniel (293 GRT) North-East of Sulina, Romania in position 45°47'N, 30°19'E.

4 Nov 1942
M-31 fires two torpedoes against the Romanian merchant Bessarabia (6672 BRT) north-east of Sulina, Romania in position 45°48'N, 30°11'E. Both torpedoes missed their target.
