Attacks on U-108 during this patrol

11 Nov 1942
While operating against the Torch landings in North Africa, damage caused by depth charges from an Allied destroyer forced the boat to withdraw to attempt running repairs. These proved inadequate and U-108 was forced to return to France. (Sources: Blair, vol 2, page 109)
