Descripton: Much information on the U-boat base at La Rochelle during the occupation. Many plans and unpublished photos. Some present-day color photographs. Two photographs of the bunker constructed during the war in the center of La Rochelle, under l'Hôtel du commerce, which was used to house officers of the Kriegsmarine. Please note that this bunker is at present a museum in private hands.

Ce livre comporte une abondante documentation (nombreux plans et photographies inédites) sur la base sous-marine de La Rochelle pendant l'Occupation. Il est complété par quelques photographies contemporaines en couleur de même que par deux clichés du Bunker construit durant la guerre en plein centre de la Rochelle, sous l'Hôtel du Commerce, pour y loger les officiers de la Kriegsmarine. Ce bunker, est à présent un musée appartenant à un particulier.
