Patrol description

U-29 was ordered to lay 12 TMB mines off Milford Haven or Bristol, but bad weather and patrol vessels prevented this. The boat then made an unsuccessful patrol in the North Atlantic west of Ireland and was then ordered by the BdU to patrol off Kinnaird Head on the return leg, but still sighted nothing.
