While operating in the Sea of Japan off the west coast of Honshu USS Sennet (Lt.Cdr. C.R. Clark, Jr.) torpedoed and sank the Japanese merchant cargo ships Hagikawa Maru (2995 GRT) about 8 nautical miles west of Noshiro harbour in position 40°17'N, 139°50'E, and Unkai Maru No.15 (1205 GRT) and Hakuei Maru (2863 GRT) off Sakata in position 39°49'N, 139°47'E.

30 Jul 1945 (position 42.36, 139.49)
USS Sennet (Lt.Cdr. C.R. Clark, Jr.) torpedoed and sank the Japanese merchant cargo ship Yuzan Maru (6039 GRT) near Mutsuta Mizaki, western Hokkaido, Japan in position 42°36'N, 139°49'E.

9 Aug 1945
USS Sennet (Lt.Cdr. C.R. Clark, Jr.) ended her 4th war patrol at Saipan.
