Personal information
Son of Søren and Ingeborg Larsen, of Stord. He was one of the 15 survivors from Moldanger who were rescued by HMCS Buctouche.
Malfred Bendik Larsen was badly injured when the Norwegian steam merchant Lom was sunk in a German air raid on the harbor of Bari, Italy on 2 December 1943 and died in a hospital two weeks later.
