Personal information

Son of Alexander and Mary Jane Bruce, of South Shields, Co. Durham; husband of Florence Jane Bruce, of South Shields. He was rescued by HMS St. Zeno after the sinking of Oilfield, but died of exposure and was buried at Londonderry.
