Personal information
Charles Robert Kelsey worked at the depth charge rails aboard HMS Mourne. After surviving her sinking he joined HMS Crane on 13 July 1944 and was eventually discharged on or about 1 October 1946. He was awarded the Arctic Star on 1 August 2013.
