completed December 1942, with the Hull built by Vancouver Dry Dock Co, for US War Shipping Administration (WSA), lend-leased on bareboat charter to British Ministry of War Transport (MoWT).

1947 returned to US, transferred to US Maritime Commission and laid up in reserve 1958 broken up at Baltimore, Maryland. 

Notes on event

On 18 May 1943, U-414 attacked convoy KMS-14 (combined with UGS-8), damaged the Fort Anne and sank the Empire Eve.
