History

Whaler of Sevilla Whaling Co. Ltd. (Chr.Salvesen & Co., Leith, U.K.), taken over by the Admiralty in March 1940. Displacement: 245 tons.

Returned to owner in April 1946.

Bouvet 2, renamed Indus 8, was sunk at Pichidangui, Chile on 15 November 1954.
