Lent to the Royal Canadian Navy.

Torpedoed and damaged by the German submarine U-315 on 29 March 1945 off Lands End, in postion 50.07N, 05.45W, and declared a Constructive Total Loss (CTL).

Decommissioned and returned to the Royal Navy on 4 May 1945.
Sold to be broken up for scrap 8 December 1945.
