30 Mar 1945
At 0530K/30, USS Lionfish (T/Lt.Cdr. E.D. Spruance, USN), USS Parche (T/Lt.Cdr. W.W. McCrory, USN) and USS Trutta (T/Cdr. A.C. Smith, USN) made rendezvous with USS LCI(L)-1062 (Lt.(jg) J.M. Burns, Jr., USNR) which then escorted them to Saipan where they arrived around 1230K/30. The submarines were then taken in hand for voyage repairs by USS Fulton (T/Capt. A.A. Clarkson, USN).

4 May 1945
Around 1100K/4, USS Burrfish (T/Lt.Cdr. M.H. Lytle, USN) arrived at Saipan. Some voyage repairs were then made by USS Orion (T/Cdr. G.L. Shane, Jr., USN).

She was escorted in by USS LCI(L)-1062 (Lt. W.O. Crawford, USNR) which had joined around 0630K/4.

5 May 1945
Around 1200K/5, USS Bumper (T/Cdr. J.W. Williams, Jr., USN) departed Saipan for her patrol area and USS Burrfish (T/Lt.Cdr. M.H. Lytle, USN) departed Saipan for Pearl Harbor.

They were escorted out by USS LCI(L)-1062 (Lt. W.O. Crawford, USNR) until 1615K/5 when all ships parted company with each other. (1)

11 Jun 1945
USS Cabrilla (Lt.Cdr. H.C. Lauerman, USN) arrived at Saipan. She was escorted in by USS LCI(L)-1062.

12 Jun 1945
USS Cabrilla (Lt.Cdr. H.C. Lauerman, USN) departed Saipan for her patrol area. She was escorted out by USS LCI(L)-1062.

18 Aug 1945
Around 1400K/18, USS Dragonet (T/Lt.Cdr G.G. Hinman, USN) departed Saipan for Midway. She was escorted by USS LCI(L)-1062 (Lt. W.O. Crawford, USNR) until 1830K/18.
