Returned to the USN and transferred to South Vietnam on 21 June 1972 being renamed Ly Thung Kiet (HQ-05)
Taken over by the Philippines in April 1975 being renamed Andres Bonifacto (PF-7)
Sold to the Philippines on 5 April 1976
Decommissioned by the Philippines in June 1985
