M-111 mistakenly fires a torpedo against a Soviet transport ship south of the Crimea in position 44°10'N, 33°42'E. Fortunately the torpedo misses its target.

27 Nov 1942
At 1319 hours M-111 fires a torpedo at a German barge off Tulcea, Romania in position 45°55'N, 30°20'E. The torpedo misses its target.

At 1608 hours M-111 fires a torpedo at the German auxiliary submarine chasers Schiff 19/Lola and UJ 116/Xanten in position 45°57'N, 30°22'E. Once again the torpedo misses its target.

26 Dec 1942
M-111 attacks an enemy convoy off Cape Burnas in position 45°46'N, 30°12'E. Two torpedoes were fired that both found no target.

25 Apr 1943
M-111 fires a torpedo against the tug Woywoda and two barges near Sevastopol off Cape Feolent in position 44°24'N, 33°35'E. The torpedo missed.

18 May 1943
At 1326 hours M-111 fires a torpedo against 'what is identified as' a auxiliary patrol vessel off Anapa, Russia in position 44°57'N, 37°14'E. The torpedo missed its target.

At 1619 hours M-111 fires a torpedo against a convoy the German barges F 326, F 373 and F 470. Once again the torpedo did not find a target.

21 May 1943
