18 Nov 1941
ShCh-215 torpedoed and sank the small Turkish merchant Yenice (300 GRT) east-north-east of Tsarevo, Bulgaria in position 42°12'N, 27°58'E.

20 Jun 1942
ShCh-215 fires 2 torpedoes against the small German minesweepers FR 1 and FR 11 south of the mouth of the Sulina river in position 44°58'N, 29°45'E. Both torpedoes missed the German ships.

23 Jan 1943
At 2223 hours ShCh-215 fires 3 torpedoes against a German barge south of Cape Tarkhankut, Crimea in position 45°17'N, 32°39'E. None of the torpedoes fired found their target.

24 Jan 1943
At 0105 hours ShCh-215 fires 3 torpedoes against the German barge F 125 west of Yevpaoriya, Crimea. All 3 torpedoes missed their target. ShCh-215 also engaged the target with the deck gun but failed to hit the target.

8 Mar 1943
At 1752 hours ShCh-215 fires 3 torpedoes against the small German tanker Wolga-Don (965 GRT) escorted by 2 patrol vessels west-south-west of Cape Tarkhankut, Crimea in position 45°18'N, 32°33'E. All 3 torpedoes fired missed their target.

13 Mar 1943
At 1109 hours ShCh-215 fires 2 torpedoes against the small Hungarian merchant Budapest (485 GRT) south-west of Cape Tarhankut, Crimea in position 45°16'N, 32°33'E. Both torpedoes missed their target.

16 May 1943
At 1121 hours ShCh-215 fires 2 torpedoes against the German barges F 170 and south of Sudak, Crimea in position 44°45'N, 34°56'E.

24 May 1943
At 0959 hours ShCh-215 fires 4 torpedoes against the Italian tanker Celeno (3741 GRT) north-north-west of Sevastopol, Crimea in position 44°42'N, 33°28'E. All torpedoes fired missed their target.

29 May 1943
At 1732 hours ShCh-215 fires a torpedo against the German tug Netty about 40 nautical miles south-east of Feodosiya, Crimea in position 44°27'N, 35°57'E. The torpedo missed it's target.

30 Aug 1943
ShCh-215 torpedoed and sank the German merchant Thisb? (former French, 1782 GRT) north of the Bosporus, Turkey in position 41°22'N, 29°08'E.

11 Nov 1943
While on patrol west of Yevpatoriya, Crimea, at 0124 hours ShCh-215 fires 2 torpedoes against ' what is identified as ' a merchant of unknown tonnage in position 45°05'N, 32°43'E. Both torpedoes missed their target.

At 0355 hours ShCh-215 fires another 2 torpedoes against (most likely) the same ship in position 45°06'N, 32°29'E. Once again both torpedoes missed their target.

15 Nov 1943
While on patrol near Cape Tarkhankut, Crimea, at 0214 hours ShCh-215 fires 2 torpedoes against a German convoy of barges and several other smaller ships in position 45°18'N, 32°45E.

At 0631 hours ShCh-215 fires another 2 torpedoes in position 45°25'N, 32°26'E sinking the German barge F 592.

16 Nov 1943
At 1432 hours ShCh-215 fires 2 torpedoes against the small German minesweeper MT 1 west of Yevpatoriya, Crimea in position 45°10'N, 32°51'E. Both torpedoes missed their target.

27 Mar 1944
At 0910 hours ShCh-215 fires 4 torpedoes against the German merchant Totila (2760 GRT) and it's escort the German auxiliary submarine chaser UJ 117/Lola in position 44°00'N, 31°10'E. All torpedoes fired missed their targets.

16 Apr 1944
At 0949 hours ShCh-215 attacked a German convoy with 4 torpedoes in position 44°18'N, 31°19'E. The German auxiliary submarine chaser UJ 115/Rosita was missed in this attack.

5 Aug 1944
Shch-215 sank the Turkish motor schooner Mefkure (52 GRT) with torpedo and gunfire north-west of the Bosporus in position 41°57'N, 28°47'E. The Mefkure was carrying Jewish refugees. In all 305 people were killed. There were only 11 survivors.

24 Aug 1944
ShCh-215 torpedoed and sank the Bulgarian sailing vessel Vita (180 GRT) north of Cape Emine, Bulgaria in position 42°47'N, 27°55'E.

25 Aug 1944
ShCh-215 torpedoed and sunk the Turkish merchant Yilmaz (1712 GRT) (1)
