27 Aug 1942
While on patrol north of Libau, ShCh-407 attacked German U-boat trap Schiff 47/W. Huth (437 GRT). Two torpedoes were fired, one at 0339 hours, and one 9 minutes later at 0348 hours. Both torpedoes missed their target.

25 Sep 1942
While on the return trip back to base after her first war patrol, ShCh-407 is mined and heavily damaged in the Gulf of Finland south of Porkkala, Finland in position 59°49'N, 24°27'E.

5 Oct 1944
At 0512 hours, ShCh-407 fires two torpedoes against the German water tender Leda (594 GRT) North-West of Klaipeda, Lithuania in position 56°10'N, 20°00'E. One torpedo premature and one torpedo missed the target.

6 Oct 1944
At 1201 hours, ShCh-407 torpedoed and sank the German Nordstern (former Minos, 1127 GRT) west of Klaipeda, Lithuania in position 55°46'N, 19°45'E.

7 Oct 1944
At 1520 hours, ShCh-407 fires a torpedo against ' what is identified as ' a merchant of 2000 GRT near Klaipeda, Lithuania. The torpedo missed the target.

14 Oct 1944
At 1157 hours, ShCh-407 fires two torpedoes against the German auxiliary patrol vessel LAT 24/Orion south-west of Klaipeda, Lithuania in position 55°39'N, 20°55'E. Both torpedoes missed the target.

4 Dec 1944
At 1525 hours, ShCh-407 torpedoed and sank the German merchant Seeburg (12181 GRT) inside Danzig Bay in position 54°39'N, 18°39'E.

5 Dec 1944
At 0655 hours, ShCh-407 fires three torpedoes against ' what is identified as ' a merchant west of Pillau. The target was not hit.

16 Jan 1945
At 1745 hours, while on patrol north-west of Br?sterort, ShCh-407 attacked a German convoy with four torpedoes. The German auxiliary patrol vessel V 1704/Unitas (341 GRT) was missed in this attack.

12 Feb 1945
At 1828 hours, ShCh-407 attacked a German convoy with four torpedoes north of Danzig Bay in position 55°27'N, 19°32'E. The German TS 8 was missed in this attack.
